Bea is what you look for in both craft and customer service: caring and detailed in her workmanship. You will at times come across sellers with attitude or misrepresent the item photographically. But not here. She really goes the extra distance to see that you are satisfied. What surprised me the most was the clarity of her engraving. Pretty amazing when it comes to the complexity of Chinese/Japanese symbols. Will always come back and recommend her shop. She just doesn't sell stuff... She takes pride in what she has to offer.
